Manager of Licensing Services - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Manager of Licensing Services to join our dynamic team at Guided Care. This remote position offers the chance to lead licensing and registration processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a key player, you will ensure that our clients receive the necessary insurance coverage for their healthcare needs.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the Licensing Specialist and manage licensing and registration processes.
• Ensure timely submission of Medicaid provider registrations and complete Medicare 855 applications accurately.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding their applications and coordinate with internal teams for application processes.
• Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Hold monthly meetings with direct reports to evaluate performance and uphold company principles in all interactions.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to escalate issues when necessary, ensuring smooth and efficient registration processes.
• Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes high levels of customer service and professionalism.
• Regularly assess personal performance and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Independent and self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong research skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in licensing or registration processes.
