As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and growth teams by streamlining the recruitment process.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end interview processes and candidate communications to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accuracy in ATS and scheduling tools, ensuring all data is up-to-date and reliable.
• Support background checks and onboarding workflows to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
• Drive operational improvements and process efficiency, contributing to a more effective recruiting strategy.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to align on candidate expectations and requirements.
• Manage recruiting documentation and data integrity, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in cross-functional recruiting initiatives, promoting a collaborative hiring culture.
• Ensure a candidate-first mindset in all interactions, fostering a positive experience for applicants.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive hiring culture, participating in a clear and human-centric hiring process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or operations, with a focus on enhancing candidate experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse and GoodTime is essential for this role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive communication skills to engage with candidates and team members.
• Ability to identify and improve processes, contributing to operational efficiency.
