Compliance Officer - Remote Opportunities Available

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team at Wilson Group. This Compliance Officer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest providers of security services in Australia and New Zealand. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with security protocols and enhancing our operational capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Provide strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients.
• Proactively monitor CCTV and Access Control Systems to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct building patrols to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Prepare and write reports on security incidents and compliance issues.
• Manage contractors and deliveries through dock management.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide support during events.
• Engage in ad-hoc duties as required by the Operations Team.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work well in a team or autonomously.
• Willingness to support and step up into other roles as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports effectively.
• Experience with security-related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programs).
• Availability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends).
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Crowd Control endorsement is highly desirable.

• Experience in emergency management and event response.
• Knowledge of security compliance regulations.
• Physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods.
