Compliance and Risk Project Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Compliance and Risk Project Manager to join our team at Orange Business. This remote opportunity allows you to play a vital role in protecting the Orange Group and Orange Cyberdefense by managing compliance and risk projects effectively. You will contribute to the deployment of compliance programs and risk management strategies across various geographies and business units.

What You'll Do

• Lead the deployment of compliance, internal control, fraud, and risk management programs in collaboration with the Chief Compliance Officer.
• Manage cross-functional compliance projects, focusing on digital transformation initiatives.
• Define and update methods and procedures to support compliance deployment, including training and communication materials.
• Enhance the skills of Orange Cyberdefense employees in compliance matters, working closely with HR departments.
• Establish strong relationships with various entities within Orange Cyberdefense to promote an integrated approach to compliance and risk management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in compliance and risk management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risks and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
