What You'll Do

• Oversee the creation of newsletters, public relations materials, and other communication assets.

• Ensure accessibility in all design outputs to cater to diverse audiences.
• Manage stakeholder communication and facilitate change management initiatives.
• Contribute to thought leadership pieces that elevate the organization's brand messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communications design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Mural.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience in data visualization and creating engaging content.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and team dynamics.
