- Ensure exceptional customer support throughout the entire process, from A to Z.
- Maintain the agency's presentation and reputation, contributing to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in automotive sales.
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage with clients.
- Ability to listen and identify client needs quickly.
- Reliable, autonomous, and responsible team player.
- Attention to detail with a successful track record in administrative tasks.
- Proficient in office tools and possess a valid driving license (B).
