About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial VO Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the ambassador for our brand, providing a warm and professional welcome to every client. As a Commercial VO Specialist, you will evaluate vehicles with precision and transparency, ensuring a smooth and exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients warmly and professionally, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Accurately assess vehicles, ensuring transparency and rigor in evaluations.
  • Negotiate effectively to convince clients and close sales with impactful communication.
  • Manage administrative documentation, guaranteeing compliance and reliability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer support throughout the entire process, from A to Z.
  • Maintain the agency's presentation and reputation, contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in automotive sales.
  • Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage with clients.
  • Ability to listen and identify client needs quickly.
  • Reliable, autonomous, and responsible team player.
  • Attention to detail with a successful track record in administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in office tools and possess a valid driving license (B).
