About the Role

We are looking for dedicated CNA/HCA Caregivers to join Generations Home Care in providing exceptional home care services to clients in Bremerton, Washington. This is a unique opportunity to work as a CNA/HCA Caregiver remote, making a significant impact on the lives of our clients by assisting them with daily activities and promoting their overall well-being.

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct care and assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and other household tasks.
  • Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Remind clients to take medications as prescribed, following proper procedures and protocols.
  • Document all client care activities accurately and timely in accordance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
  • Utilize agency technology for monitoring time and productivity, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Washington or ability to earn one within 200 days of hire.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to earn certification.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Excellent communication skills and reliability.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a strong commitment to client care.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in caregiving or home health.
  • Willingness to complete state-mandated HCA or CNA training if not certified.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
