Traffic Creatives Coordinator - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Traffic Creatives Coordinator to join our dynamic team at RTB House. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe while contributing to a global company that leverages advanced marketing technologies. As a Traffic Creatives Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing creative workflows and ensuring the timely execution of tasks across teams.

What You'll Do

• Assign tasks using a ticketing system and internal tools to streamline operations.
• Create and document procedures to enhance team efficiency.
• Oversee the work of creative team members, establishing effective workflows between teams.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Identify potential problems and implement effective solutions to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a team environment.
• Excellent command of Polish and English (minimum B2) is mandatory.
• Strong self-organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and speed in execution are essential.
• Ability to identify potential problems and find effective solutions.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of technical aspects of running online campaigns.
• Experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Experience working with Photoshop.
