Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of patient care coordination and clinical supervision.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with data analysis and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with substance use disorder treatment.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities and mental health practices.
• Licensure as an LPN, RN, LCSW, or LCPC.
