Client Delivery Manager - Remote Position at SAP
About the Role
We are seeking a Client Delivery Manager to join SAP in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing customer engagements across various regions, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. As a Client Delivery Manager, you'll drive customer satisfaction and engagement from the moment they sign on, through onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP Cloud Customers, focusing on HANA Enterprise Cloud and Cloud Application Services.
- Oversee the entire service delivery lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and governance frameworks.
- Manage customer relationships and drive engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and service delivery.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring operational security and compliance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of services delivered to customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting and support projects, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Strong project management skills and experience in enterprise cloud environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis and/or certifications in major Hyperscaler platforms.
- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English with excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
- Experience in managing IT-enabled services in automated environments.
- Knowledge of SAP’s cloud ERP business offerings.
