About the Role

What You'll Do

- Motivate students and provide consistent reinforcement of learning skills, along with continuous assessment and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and endorsement in the grade/subject taught with a valid Tennessee certificate.
- Must be highly qualified according to state regulations.
- Ability to perform responsibilities and duties of the position physically and mentally.
- Experience in classroom management and instructional strategies.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
