About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Claims Administrator to join Allianz in a remote capacity. As a Claims Administrator, you will manage insurance repair claims, ensuring our builders and trades meet the required claim KPIs, including timelines, cost, customer service, and scope accuracy. This role is crucial in maintaining the performance and relationships between building/trade partners and Allianz Partners.

What You'll Do

  • Manage insurance repair claims and monitor compliance with KPIs.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high standards in all interactions.
  • Resolve complaints professionally, striving for win/win outcomes.
  • Monitor repair costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Coach builders in report writing and documentation requirements.
  • Provide regular reports on provider performance and workload status.
  • Actively participate in Work Health and Safety activities.
  • Adapt to a dynamic environment while managing a diverse portfolio of home claims.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property claims management.
  • Strong understanding of GICOP and insurance industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with various systems and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a team player attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Background in desktop assessing.
  • Experience in managing WHS requirements in the building industry.
  • Ability to tailor communications to different audiences.
