About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Crew Leader - Wireless Construction (Remote) to join our team at Heartland Tower Solutions. This position is crucial for overseeing civil construction projects related to wireless communications. As a Civil Crew Leader, you will lead a team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety meetings with your crew.
• Inspect personal protective equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Delegate tasks effectively to crew members and hold them accountable for their performance.
• Supervise the crew in completing installations safely and professionally.
• Motivate crew members and maintain high morale while working on-site.
• Teach crew members essential skills to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of crew time and expenses for each project site.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of civil construction experience in the wireless tower industry.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL Class A preferred).
• Proficient in using software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with crew and management.
• Ability to operate construction equipment and perform grading and excavation tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience with wireless communications facilities.
• Knowledge of concrete requirements and material purchasing.
• Ability to supervise the building of forms and rebar cages.
