What You'll Do

• Drive and oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that push the boundaries of what's possible.
• Architect and manage our technical infrastructure, ensuring scalability, optimal performance, and reliability.
• Assemble, inspire, and lead exceptional technology and engineering teams dedicated to innovation.
• Strategize and manage all engineering and technical decisions across our product portfolio.
• Stay ahead of technology trends to fuel innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Ensure our tech processes meet and exceed industry best practices and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO, CIO, Engineering Leader, or in a similar leadership role.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex problems to non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing large-scale software and web projects.
• Robust understanding of business strategy, operations, and data analytics.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS product development.
• Familiarity with innovative web/app technologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of infrastructure architecture and database systems.
