Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - Finance & Legal Operations
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join Launch That, a leading digital marketing company based in Orlando, FL. As a Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our revenue strategy and execution across multiple business lines in Finance and Legal Operations. This is a unique opportunity to drive significant revenue growth while working in a collaborative environment. This Chief Revenue Officer role offers a competitive base salary along with performance-based bonuses tied to revenue growth and key project milestones.
What You'll Do
- Own revenue outcomes for various business lines, leading Sales, Business Development, Revenue Operations, and Partner Success.
- Develop and execute quarterly revenue plans, ensuring pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships and channels for revenue generation.
- Enhance sales processes and expand broker/institutional partnerships to improve close rates.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to define revenue goals and run performance reviews.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Finance and Technology, to optimize revenue operations.
- Nurture existing partner relationships and attend conferences, with travel estimated at 40 days annually.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading digital revenue in complex, partner-driven environments.
- Proven expertise in revenue modeling, forecasting, and executive relationship management.
- Experience in building and scaling teams with strong performance management skills.
- Ability to operate with clear P&L accountability across multiple business lines.
Nice to Have
- Licenses in insurance sales and/or securities (Series 6/7).
- Experience in Insurance Sales or Insurance Marketing Organizations (IMOs).
