What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements and multi-state tax regulations.
• Manage litigation and contract review processes to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency regulations and financial compliance.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract drafting and review.
• Proven track record in managing legal risks in a corporate environment.
