As a Channel and Customer Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and vetting high-value channel partners and customers, helping to deliver actionable insights to our clients.

What You'll Do

• Map the expert universe for assigned verticals, identifying key players in the market.
• Source and vet high-value channel partners and customers through targeted outreach.
• Build long-term relationships with key channel sources to enhance our research capabilities.
• Coordinate and monitor interviews, ensuring a smooth process for all participants.
• Conduct landscape research to maintain updated target lists of distributors, resellers, and customers.
• Create and maintain interview guides tailored to each call type and industry sector.
• Facilitate interviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and capture real-time insights.
• Uphold rigorous data privacy standards and maintain accurate records in our internal CRM.

Requirements

• Proficient in German (C1/C2 level) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in documenting expert insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Previous experience in research or customer engagement is a plus.
