About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Business Support Officer - Waste Operations (Remote) position. This role is essential in supporting our Waste Operations Coordinator and the broader team to ensure that our waste services are delivered to a consistently high standard. You will engage with various stakeholders, including community members, contractors, suppliers, and government entities, all while working remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee a range of business support and administrative functions for the Waste Operations team.
  • Manage customer inquiries and maintain corporate data and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and provide recruitment administrative support.
  • Support purchasing activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Allocate and manage customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate communication and resolution.
  • Utilize corporate systems confidently and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Proactively approach process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
