About the Role

We are seeking a Business Partner - People and Culture (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Evolution Mining. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders to address workforce needs and implement effective People and Culture strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Support leaders in addressing workforce needs and implementing P&C practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on policy interpretation and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the P&C team to support business plans and targets.
  • Partner with leaders to implement Evolution's P&C strategies.
  • Develop tailored P&C initiatives aligned with industry trends.
  • Provide strategic advice on performance management processes.
  • Navigate Industrial Relations matters and contribute to P&C reporting.
  • Uphold Evolution's values of Safety, Excellence, Accountability, and Respect.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR Business Partnering or Advising capacity within heavy industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial/Employee Relations.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise agreements and Fair Work Act.
  • Experience in performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting people data and reporting.
  • Experience coaching and supporting leaders in HR practices.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to job benchmarking and annual salary review activities.
  • Experience in a mining or resource sector environment.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
