About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining operations and enhancing the effectiveness of our business processes. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that our operations align with our strategic goals, ultimately improving our service delivery in the healthcare sector.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage business operations initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational workflows.
• Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project management and operational excellence.
• Oversee the execution of the go-to-market strategy and ensure alignment with revenue operations.
• Manage hiring processes and develop people management strategies to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to enhance operational capabilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business operations management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare technology and SaaS products.
• Proficient in Salesforce and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in process improvement and KPI development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
