Business Development Representative - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at Advanced Technology Services (ATS). This is a remote opportunity where you will play a crucial role in driving our sales objectives and profitability. As a Business Development Representative, you will develop growth plans by identifying new prospects and building a pipeline of qualified accounts.

What You'll Do

• Meet sales objectives by dollar volume and profitability.
• Develop growth plans for sales and profits by identifying new prospects.
• Maintain an appropriate sales pipeline to achieve objectives.
• Work independently to grow sales by developing business at new customer locations.
• Present company services and value proposition to customers and customer groups.
• Identify and build excellent relationships with key decision-makers within target customer accounts.
• Lead sales roles for effective implementation of company Value Sales and Business Development Sales Processes.
• Qualify, probe, and uncover opportunities to deliver value to customers.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales and customer management.
• Ability to persuade decision-makers of the value presented in proposals and to close sales.
• Strong organizational and self-motivated skills.
• Outstanding people and communication skills for interaction with team members, customers, and management.
• Ability to work successfully with computers and software.
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and have a good driving record.
• Experience in analyzing records of present and past sales, trends, and costs.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.
