About the Role

Asurint is seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to join our remote team. In this Business Development Representative - Remote role, you will play a crucial part in driving our growth by qualifying leads and converting them into sales opportunities. What You'll Do

• Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails to introduce Asurint's services.
• Present our innovative background screening solutions to prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
• Coordinate meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales executives.
• Report on sales results and provide insights to management.
• Stay updated on new products, services, and pricing plans.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in lead generation.
• Experience in developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas.
• Familiarity with the legal or court system is preferred.
• Background screening experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar software is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required.
