About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development & Onboarding Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. As a Business Development & Onboarding Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance client engagement and drive sales initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand our client base.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for pipeline development and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships and track engagement metrics.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding phase.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to refine onboarding processes and improve overall client experience.
  • Participate in proposal management and assist in crafting compelling pitches to prospective clients.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or client engagement roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Experience in onboarding processes and client training.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector and B2B sales strategies is a plus.
