About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager - B2B Broker Relations (Remote) to lead our strategic initiatives in expanding our broker partnerships. As the global financial ecosystem increasingly integrates digital assets into traditional brokerage models, this role is crucial for enhancing our broker program and ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of our partners.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new partnerships with brokers to enhance Crypto.com’s broker program.
  • Grow the broker program to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing brokers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Provide timely customer service and issue resolution for brokers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Draft and close ROI-centric partnership agreements with brokers, ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Attend industry events to engage with brokers and promote our offerings.
  • Monitor market landscape and competitor trends within the broker space to leverage opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, API integrations, or broker programs within the finance or crypto sectors.
  • A strong network of contacts in the brokers and fintech intermediary space.
  • Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners.
  • Excellent command of professional written and oral English (additional local languages are a plus).
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with samples welcome.
