As a key player in our team, you will help us grow the Sei ecosystem and make a significant impact in the blockchain space.

What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate founders, new business opportunities, and partnerships to expand the Sei ecosystem.
• Manage, maintain, and prioritize a pipeline of projects that align with our strategic goals.
• Negotiate deal terms and agreements with partners and collaborators to foster growth.
• Maintain a constant grasp on industry trends, which will funnel into lead generation efforts.
• Utilize guerrilla sales tactics to engage potential partners and drive business development.

Requirements

• Experience in Web3 technologies and ecosystems is essential for this remote business development position.
• Prior VC experience with a web3 focus is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable experience as a BD team member at a top L1/L2 blockchain.
• Strong networking skills within the web3 community, including platforms like X, Telegram, Discord, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
