Business Analyst - Remote Role in Crypto Trading

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst - Remote to join our team at Anchorage Digital. This position is perfect for someone early in their career who is analytical, curious, and eager to work at the intersection of financial markets and crypto. As a Business Analyst supporting the Prime business unit, you will help drive the operational foundation of our trading activities, including spot trading, financing, and derivatives.

What You'll Do

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Trading business, including internal reporting, workflow tracking, and process coordination.
• Assist with client onboarding, trade lifecycle questions, and general operational inquiries from internal teams.
• Perform data analysis using tools like Python, SQL, and Excel to support financial reporting, generate insights, and validate business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as RevOps, TradeOps, Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure smooth execution of trading processes.
• Help maintain documentation, playbooks, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business operations, financial services, trading support, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems, work with data, and communicate insights clearly.
• Familiarity with financial markets or crypto, or a strong desire to learn quickly.
• Experience working with Python, SQL, or data visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
