What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Draft functional specifications including user stories and use cases.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and QA in an Agile environment.
• Participate in Agile rituals such as planning, refinement, and reviews.
• Contribute to testing phases and validate functional compliance.
• Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst (excluding internships).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
