Senior Product Designer - AI Adoption Platform

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team at Multiverse, a leading upskilling platform for AI and tech adoption. This Senior Product Designer remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our AI Adoption Platform. You will be the sole designer for this innovative product, transforming complex ideas into tangible prototypes that guide our product direction.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct user research to identify insights, pain points, and problems to solve for users.
• Own the design vision for the AI Adoption product.
• Rapidly prototype high-fidelity concepts to test and communicate direction.
• Lead concept sprints and align stakeholders through storytelling.
• Design and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-quality visuals for AI-enabled features.
• Identify opportunities for AI to improve adoption and engagement.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across the product.
• Balance speed with craft - moving fast without sacrificing usability.

Requirements

• A deep background in UX and UI for software, with experience in AI or ML-driven products being a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Framer, or Webflow.
• The ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear, testable design hypotheses.
• An interest in AI technologies to inspire and inform new user experiences.
• A talent for storytelling and a proven track record of influencing product strategy through design.

Nice to Have

• Experience in early-stage product development.
• Comfort with high-frequency iteration and the "build and learn" cycle.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to create tangible prototypes.
