About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) remote to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral analysis and therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a significant impact in the lives of your clients.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians and other staff in implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for clients.
  • Provide telehealth services and support to clients and their families.

Requirements

  • Must hold a current BCBA certification and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in applied behavior analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with functional behavior assessments and skill acquisition plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in telehealth service delivery.
  • Knowledge of ADOS-2 and ADIR assessments.
  • Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
