We are seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support end-to-end recruitment processes. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing recruitment across various functions and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, corporate, and operational roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
- Drive sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and referral networks.
- Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual (English & French) is strongly preferred.
- Experience hiring across multiple roles and seniority levels.
- Exposure to international or multicultural environments.
- Open to relocating to Kinshasa, DRC (relocation support provided).
Nice to Have
- Experience in business consulting or services.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Who Will Succeed Here
