We are seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support end-to-end recruitment processes. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing recruitment across various functions and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, corporate, and operational roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
  • Drive sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and referral networks.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingual (English & French) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience hiring across multiple roles and seniority levels.
  • Exposure to international or multicultural environments.
  • Open to relocating to Kinshasa, DRC (relocation support provided).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in business consulting or services.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
