As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional service and support, helping clients navigate their financial challenges.

What You'll Do

• Deliver best-in-class customer service experience over the phone.
• Analyze client problems and provide timely solutions.
• Handle difficult calls courteously and professionally.
• Document request outcomes for tracking and analysis.
• Resolve client requests efficiently, both independently and as a team.
• Maintain positive client relations and coordinate with other departments.
• Operate a desktop computer to manage client information.
• Handle a high volume of clients in a remote call center environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of call center experience (Required).
• Bilingual - Spanish (Required).
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection (Required).
• Technical proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Effective communicator with strong listening skills.
• Effective problem solver.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to empathize with customer issues.
• Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment.
