Bilingual Call Center Representative (English & Spanish) - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Call Center Representative (English & Spanish) to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support our growing property management operation by handling various tenant inquiries and conducting follow-up calls. What You'll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls, approximately 50 calls per day, providing excellent customer service.
- Make outbound calls regarding lease renewals, outstanding balances, and other tenant-related concerns.
- Respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Route issues to the appropriate department when necessary, maintaining clear communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions with tenants.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable handling high call volumes.
- Patient, polite, and professional phone presence.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in inbound and/or outbound calling is a plus, but training will be provided.
