What You'll Do
- Lead the Banquets team to deliver exceptional service for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings.

- Manage event logistics, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless operations.

- Handle POS systems and cash transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage operations supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively.
- Experience in budgeting, planning, and execution of events.
- Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of food and beverage equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
