Backend Developer Internship - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Backend Developer Interns to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in backend development, work on real projects, and expand your technical skills. As a Backend Developer Intern, you will be involved in various tasks that will enhance your understanding of backend technologies and practices.

What You'll Do

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend services and APIs.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize backend performance.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
• Document technical processes and contributions.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of at least one backend language/framework (Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, or similar).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
