What You'll Do

• Lead the kitchen team to uphold food quality, safety, and speed of service.
• Ensure operational standards are met and maintained throughout shifts.
• Collaborate closely with the Front of House team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a kitchen management role, ideally as a Back of House Shift Manager.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Passion for food and customer service.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Indian cuisine or a similar culinary background.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
