Automotive Accounting Biller - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Rochester Motor Cars is seeking a highly motivated Automotive Accounting Biller remote to join our team. As an Automotive Accounting Biller remote, you will play a crucial role in managing all billing tasks related to vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer payoffs and ensure accurate cost and transactions of each vehicle sale.
• Finalize car deals and enter them into the dealer management system.
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries.
• Resolve account-related issues effectively.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive financial information.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage data and numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Nice to Have

• Experience with dealer management systems.
• Knowledge of automotive sales processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
