Associate Solution Consultant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Associate Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team at RainFocus. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to grow in the SaaS consulting space. As an Associate Solution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving post-sale client implementations of our innovative software platform. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of a collaborative team that serves Fortune 500 companies.

What You'll Do

• Become an expert in the RainFocus platform and its capabilities.
• Train client administrators on the RainFocus tools and processes.
• Configure the RainFocus platform to meet client needs.
• Work with clients to identify business requirements and facilitate holistic system configuration.
• Document requirements, solution designs, and testing plans while providing regular updates to project managers.
• Engage in regular touchpoints with internal and client teams to communicate progress and address any issues.
• Balance priorities across multiple assignments and contribute to implementation tools and processes.

Requirements

• Less than 3 years of software implementation experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Ability to think strategically to ensure solutions support business goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise-level clients.
• Proven success in creating efficiencies through process design.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON.
