About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and driven Assistant General Manager to join our team at Boom Battle Bar. This Assistant General Manager role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £39,000 annually, plus tips, and the opportunity to work in a vibrant environment that promotes personal growth and team development.

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy environment.
• Drive consistency in operational standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build a talent pipeline and support the development of team members to help them reach their full potential.
• Manage daily operations to achieve stellar performance metrics, including a 10/10 daily Trail average score.
• Promote a culture of safety and well-being among staff and guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Strong people management skills with a focus on team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory standards in the hospitality sector.
