Asset Valuation Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Valuation Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting asset valuations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our valuation processes. As an Asset Valuation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our asset valuation practices.

What You'll Do

• Conduct asset valuations and provide insights related to asset appraisal, adhering to established regulations and timelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of asset valuation work across assigned units.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of asset prices and categories within your management area.
• Collaborate to gather information and propose a list of companies qualified for asset valuation partnerships.
• Participate in training sessions and provide guidance to relevant units on asset valuation processes.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Engage in professional development training as per the center's and VCB's plans.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Law, Engineering, Valuation, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking, finance, valuation, or related sectors.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in asset valuation.
• Strong understanding of asset valuation practices and related regulations.
• Proficient in English (B1 level or equivalent) and basic IT skills.
• Ability to analyze, assess, and make decisions based on logical reasoning.
• Age limit: not exceeding 40 years at the time of application.

Nice to Have

• Certification as a Valuer from the Ministry of Finance.
• Foreign degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Master's degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
