Asset Finance Ongoing Due Diligence Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Asset Finance Ongoing Due Diligence Specialist to join our team at Metro Bank. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while managing due diligence for our Asset Finance customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and building trust with our clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage due diligence reviews for Asset Finance customers.
• Monitor active customer relationships to identify any changes impacting customer due diligence.
• Support building requirements for customers to facilitate outreach and obtain KYC information and documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all elements of customer due diligence are met within SLAs.
• Track the progress of reviews and report to the line manager.

Requirements

• Experience in various administrative roles within financial services, handling high volumes of work.
• Proven experience in a due diligence-based role.
• Understanding of the UK Asset Finance market.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to changing environments.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a busy team.
• Good computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of risk management principles associated with financial services.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
