About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Superintendent, Concrete to join our team at Adina. This remote opportunity allows you to lead and oversee multiple job sites across Northeast Florida, ensuring that our concrete construction projects are completed to the highest standards. As an Area Superintendent, Concrete, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality, safety, and productivity across all projects.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise multiple job sites and concrete superintendents, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate crew scheduling and equipment needs with project managers to optimize productivity.
  • Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Mentor and coach superintendents and foremen, fostering their professional development.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
  • Review and approve timesheets, daily reports, and field documentation for accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact project schedules, costs, or safety.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role managing multiple crews.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and job specifications.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

  • Experience with project management software.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Experience in residential and commercial construction.
