Apprentice in International Communication (Skincare) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an Apprentice in International Communication (Skincare) to join our team at Clarins. This remote opportunity allows you to contribute to our global skincare initiatives while gaining valuable experience in the beauty industry. As an apprentice, you will be part of the Clarins Campus recruitment campaign for September 2026, where you will immerse yourself in the world of skincare communication.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the operational management of international projects related to skincare.
• Manage content and administration of the PIMDAM platform, ensuring compliance and quality of available content.
• Update metadata and usage rights continuously throughout the internship.
• Coordinate operational aspects of satellite and e-commerce shootings, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Support creative agencies by managing briefs and overseeing the quality of deliverables.
• Conduct trend monitoring and competitive analysis in the cosmetics sector.
• Share insights and emerging beauty trends with internal teams.
• Participate in the preparation of creative briefs and logistical arrangements for photoshoots.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +4 / Bac +5 degree in business school or university, specializing in communication or project management.
• A first experience in an internship or apprenticeship in a related field is desirable.
• Proficiency in PIMDAM or similar asset management tools is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in an international environment.
• Passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
• Good command of English and French, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to brand excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital marketing or content management.
• Knowledge of current trends in the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with creative processes and production.
