About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ancillary Products Network Manager to join our team at Intermountain Health. This remote position will play a crucial role in managing provider relations and physician contracting for our ancillary products line of business across Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Colorado. You will be the first point of contact for ensuring appropriate services and geographic coverage, resolving provider concerns, and building provider engagement and loyalty.

What You'll Do

  • Lead provider development and network management activities in your designated geographic area.
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with providers and key stakeholders.
  • Build an account management model for provider relations, including onboarding, contract negotiation, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure adequate and marketable network presence in target markets.
  • Interact with internal teams to coordinate configuration and provider-focused updates.
  • Assist physician offices in complying with internal policies and NCQA requirements.
  • Support the development and management of provider fee schedules and communications.
  • Lead your team in daily operations and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or five years of experience in a management position.
  • Six years of professional experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in managed care contracting and provider relationship management.
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively on healthcare topics.

Nice to Have

  • Dental provider contracting experience.
  • Master’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer business applications.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $58.62 - $90.48 per hour, estimated annual salary of $121,000 - $188,000.
