About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic AiCE Program Delivery Intern - Remote to join our team at ALX Africa. This internship is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about using data to improve learner outcomes and enhance the learner experience through effective program management. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in a remote working environment with a collaborative team, making a significant impact on our programs.

What You'll Do

• Track weekly learner engagement and deliverable completion to ensure program success.
• Own weekly data reporting for the program team, providing insights that drive improvements.
• Contribute insights for end-of-program reports, showcasing the impact of our initiatives.
• Lead data-based nudges to support learners in achieving their goals.
• Coordinate with other interns for community-based interventions, fostering collaboration.
• Update survey tools and track feedback trends to enhance program effectiveness.
• Support cohort rollout planning and resource alignment to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with the Program Operations Analyst for material updates and improvements.
• Support onboarding of new interns, sharing your knowledge and experience.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data trackers for accurate reporting.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Attention to detail in reporting to maintain high standards.
• Experience in data visualization tools is preferable.
• Prior exposure to program management is a plus.
