What You'll Do

• Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Dribbble for effective candidate sourcing.
• Implement Boolean search techniques to identify top talent in the software industry.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to improve recruitment strategies continuously.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or agency.
• Proven expertise in using AI-driven recruitment tools and staying ahead of sourcing innovation.
• Solid hands-on experience in platform sourcing and Boolean search.
• Deep understanding of the software house hiring landscape.
• Fluent in English (C1 level) with excellent communication skills.
