About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Productivity Platform Management Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing AI productivity tools, ensuring seamless integration and user experience across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our AI capabilities and drive productivity improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize AI productivity platforms, ensuring they meet user needs and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Oversee user provisioning, license management, and integration of AI tools with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for platform usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the platform.
  • Implement API integrations to enhance functionality and streamline workflows.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical roles related to AI and productivity tools.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of AI tools and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in managing AI productivity platforms or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools, SaaS, and system administration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Experience with user provisioning, SSO, and SCIM.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and user research methodologies.
  • Experience in technical recruiting and talent acquisition is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with OpenAI-compatible APIs and chatbots.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
  • Background in engineering management or technical strategy.
