About the Role

We are hiring an AI Outcomes Manager remote to join Glean, a leading Work AI platform that empowers organizations to work smarter with AI. This role is pivotal in transforming how various departments utilize Glean’s advanced AI capabilities. As an AI Outcomes Manager, you will engage with executives and end users to help them become AI-native enterprises, leveraging Glean’s innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

• Engage with executive sponsors to provide strategic reviews and consult customers on developing and executing their AI roadmap.
• Deeply understand Glean’s suite of products to ensure customers maximize their use of the Glean platform.
• Conduct use case discovery workshops and translate those use cases into tangible outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to shape Glean’s product roadmap based on user feedback.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand Glean’s deployment and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Strong consultative mindset with a hunger for learning and problem-solving.
• Proven ability to write complex prompts and understand various user types.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Product sense and capability to drive a product’s full potential.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with individuals at all levels, from contributors to CEOs.
• Prior roles in consultative positions, solutions engineering, support, or product management.
