About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering Subject Matter Expert to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of AI education and application engineering, focusing on production AI systems. As an expert in this field, you will lead the technical content design for a comprehensive professional learning program that emphasizes real-world applications of AI technology.

What You'll Do

• Develop technical source materials for various learning modules, including code examples and system architecture references.
• Collaborate with learning designers to create technically accurate and relevant content for production AI applications.
• Engage in curriculum design sessions with academic contributors to refine the program's scope and standards.
• Review learning materials to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with industry practices.
• Design assessments that reflect real-world hiring formats in AI engineering.
• Provide insights into production AI application architectures and workflows.
• Contribute to masterclass sessions post-program launch to share knowledge and insights.
• Advise on the practical challenges of deploying production AI applications, including failure modes and operational issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering or a related field.
• Proven expertise in developing educational content for technical subjects.
• Strong understanding of AI systems design, deployment, and governance.
• Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
