About the Role

What You'll Do
- Co-own the technical architecture and AI strategy with the CEO, ensuring the product meets market needs.
- Orchestrate LLMs, agents, and deterministic pipelines to ingest, structure, and sanitize wine data.
- Build the "brain" of the product by leveraging AI models to enhance data insights.
- Develop LLM-driven extraction pipelines to convert unstructured data into structured formats.
- Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows allowing users to query data naturally.
- Manage the lifecycle of AI models, setting up evaluation metrics for continuous improvement.
- Balance cutting-edge research with practical production system needs.
Requirements
- Experience in AI and LLMs, viewing them as tools for innovation.
- Proven ability to own infrastructure, data models, and evaluations from start to finish.
- Demonstrated interest in building impactful products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a founder-level ownership mindset.

- Experience building agents for browsing, scraping, or performing multi-step actions.
- Understanding of financial concepts like bid/ask spread and liquidity.
