AI and Automation Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an AI and Automation Specialist - Remote to join our innovative team at CHASR. In this role, you will be responsible for building production pipelines and architecting workflows that enhance creative strategy execution at scale in a remote setting. This is a freelance position requiring 1-2 days of work per week, allowing you to leverage your expertise in AI creative generation and automation.

What You'll Do

• Build production pipelines for video and static ads, utilizing cutting-edge AI models.
• Architect workflows to systematize creative processes, ensuring efficiency in execution.
• Create data-driven feedback loops for campaign optimization, enhancing performance metrics.
• Utilize your expertise in n8n, Zapier, and generative AI to drive automation.
• Engage in strategic thinking and API integration to streamline operations.
• Lead the AI division as it scales, providing guidance and expertise.
• Collaborate directly with the founder and strategists to align on project goals.
• Showcase your work through projects that enhance your portfolio.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI implementation and automation.
• Deep expertise in n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Working knowledge of generative AI models.
• Strong API integration and data flow handling skills.
• Strategic product thinking ability.
• Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads API.
• Background in creative production or performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.

Nice to Have

• Agency or startup experience preferred.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
